About Haloslotnexus

Haloslotnexus covers free browser games from the point of view of people whose free hours arrive at inconvenient times. Six games, tested at those hours rather than at the convenient ones.

Why this site exists

One of us worked nights for four years and got steadily more irritated by game recommendations written for people with ordinary evenings. The question nobody answers is the only one that matters on a night rota: is anyone even online?

So that is what this site measures. Everything else - graphics, depth, business model - comes second to whether the game works at the hour you are free.

The people writing this

Two of us, one on a rotating hospital rota and one with a toddler. Between us we have very little uninterrupted time and a lot of opinions about games that assume otherwise.

We play on ordinary accounts, at whatever hour we are free.

How an entry loses its place

When the servers thin out at night, when a game starts tying its best content to fixed hours, or when a change makes absence expensive. The replacement entry says what happened.
