The most useful mail we get is somebody reporting which games are busy in their region at their hours. Our testing is done from one place and the picture elsewhere is genuinely different.

Putting a game forward

Say what it is, when you play it and whether anyone else is around at that time. That last detail decides whether we test it.

Beyond our reach

Accounts, payments, bans and technical problems inside the games belong to the studios. We have no access and no way to escalate anything.
